i am international student .i am doing diploma in it.i alreday did 2 semester But my institue did not give me admission in third semester. i paid my fees for third semester.actullay this thing happened to me.last year i gone back to my country.when i came back i have not enough money in my account so i went to my institue and told to interntional department that i could not pay my fees .i told them i need extension they told me pay u late fee and they gave me one month extension.i paid my late fee.after that i relaised that they did not enrolled me.i went to insitiue manger who handeled international students i explained her that they did not enrolled me. she told me she found and informed me. i went her office many times but she did not find after that i went to my IT deparntment and contect them i left message for thme they did not contect me.in this process 4 weeks gone.after that one day suddenly i found my head of department he told me we can't enrolled u.coz 4 weeks gone.in the maintime for my visa condition i did english course it was too late to get admission in another college. i waste my 7 month. now i sent my instite 3 letter that i want to know that why u did not enroll me but they did not give any ans. can i go to court or not.can i do any thing against my insitue or not

You are a foreign student and studying in the United States?  Check in with your Country's Embassy. This is a paper chase and best left to the bureaucrats who know how to do it.

If the semester (term) has not yet started, the Embassy may get this done quickly.  If it is a few weeks into the semester, you will have quite a bit of homework to do! Most schools have a period of time for adding and dropping classes. (Please, make sure one of your classes is English.)
