I have this problem where every time I eat, I get full after just a few bites and I feel like throwing up. I never get hungry and I always feel like throwing up during my meals. This only happens when I go out to eat. The only way I can stop myself from throwing up is if I chew on a piece of gum.

Help! Please!

BTW- I was never bulimic or had any other eating disorder.

  1. you need to see a doctor, it could be something serious about your stomache thats making you want to puke

  2. I agree with the other post, you need to see a doctor, could be a medical condition from gall bladder to a nervous stomach. You wont rest until you find out. Good Luck.

  3. no one in the blue can help you.

    only you can.

come to your own senses and get critical help.

    S00N: before its too late.

you have the power to change the thoughts in your head.

    the thoughts about youur body.

i had the same feelings.. literally. i noe that many women say

that we all go through it.. but most really dont.

i was able to overcome it all before my parents found out about it.

i got major mood swings and freak out on my friends bcoz

they were always on my back for skipping meals.

i became my own best friend. -- & it was the most terrible time

    of my life EVER.

    my head was always hurting; i was always woozy;

i'd have random black outs when i got up every morning.

i had no strength to keep up with my classmates and i lovedd

    school.

and all for just inconsiderate comments that kids made of me for

    being 'big'.

but now im better than ever and

my friends are my biggest support in life.

theyre why i want to live.

    :)

    thinkk about this.

  5. Throwing up after a meal is one of the symptoms of eating disorder. I guess you should learn its symptoms and consult to any people that has more knowledge about it to help you determine whats going on with you.

  6. See your doctor, it could be something physical in your stomach or it could even be a mental issue in which simply talking to someone you trust could really help you.

  7. Go see a doctor.

and in the meantime you can take some acidofilous.

    that will help your stomach.

  8. it's probably a nervous thing. i  know if i'm upset, or nervous, i get nausceous and can't eat when i try to.

it's a chemical thing in your stomach.

if it is always happening for a long period of time, go see a doctor.

but if it's just when you go out to eat i'd bet it's just a nervous thing. sounds silly, but your body reacts to that kind of stuff.

just try and relax yourself, even if you don't feel nervous, relax yourself, and don't think about eating, just eat.

    i hope i helped!!

  9. you need to go and see a doctor. there is obviously something wrong.

sure it may not be your everyday normal eating disorder....but it is definitely something that needs to be looked into immediately.
