For the equiptments:

-Badminton racket

-shuttlecock

-and you could use tennis shoes instead of badminton shoes, it is pretty much exsactly the same

I used to play badminton when i was in the philippines but i moved

The tips is just to have fun and don't let the shuttlecock hit the ground

Also play with someone who knows how to ( maybe not )
