Depends on who you lied to. In some situations it doesn't matter. I hope you didn't lie to get a job.

I haven't lied about my age. No one should need to lie about there age, be honest and everything will work out!

You don't have to reveal your age when interviewing unless you are underage and the job requires someone who is over 18 or over 21.  When you are hired you must reveal your birthdate as that is on the paperwork.  They aren't supposed to discriminate based on age for hiring.  After you're hired they need the facts.
