Help me be more extroverted!!!?

Question

i just moved to Idaho and i am going to a new school. i know NOBODY. I want to meet new people but I'm not really the type of person that can just walk up to somebody and start a conversation. Have any tips for me? what do i say?

Well maybe you can can join clubs you like.. (music, art), and then you'll have at least one similarity with another person. That will make conversation much easier.

based on your question, (i'm pretty shy myself) the best answer I can give is.............walk up to someone and start a conversation. Just introduce yourself to everyone you meet, eventually you'll get more comfortable, and will develop a friendship with an individual, who will introduce you to their friends, so on and so forth.

Smile a lot and people will want to be around you. Also, carry extra pencils in case anyone needs one.
