I want to be so relaxed that by the time i go back to college in september people will notice the new me. And really like the new me.

I want to be so 'chillaxed' that i am constantly happy with life.

Also i want to be one of those types of people that don't have a bad thing to say about anyone.. (which i know is down to me)

But I need some advice on how to be really relaxed basically...because i really don't know anymore!

:)

  1. I believe the best thing a person can do for themselves is to spend some down private time with themselves. Seclude yourself and write things on paper about yourself.  Things you need to do, things you want to do. Focus on what has to be done and decide how you intend to accomplish them.  In what state of thought do you intend to do the things you have to get done. Focus a little on you and decide what you intend to do and how you intend on doing them.

You can get this personalized book, that I have myself, and practice

the affirmations about yourself.  The good things about you. Always focus on the good while using wisdom in every situation. Being a good person doesn't mean you are a doormat for others.  No one respects that either. CHOOSE YOUR ATTITUDE in advance of each day.  Check it out honestly , daily.

Get this personalized book that has your own name throughout the entire book.  All about You and the good gifts you have been given.

Self esteem helps one to not be pretenseous but real..

Get your own book before going away to school. Keep it with you all the time. It is just for YOU. You can only get this personal book online at this site below in the source line....People will notice and you will have a positive effect on others.

    Blessings !

  2. Stop thinking about it and just live happy. Go with the flow, don't mind about other things. Be free.

  3. Just that... chill out. People will talk, people will have opinions and criticism, people will sometimes be unhappy, but you have to think "everything will be okay in the end". Trust me, change doesn't happen overnight... you need to learn and grow over time. I think college is also about learning who YOU are and knowing the TRUE you, not just academics. People FIND themselves in college, and I think in time you will change into a better person, it's all about your outlook.
