Help me become "hot"?(pic)?

Ok, so I'm tired of people saying I'm just cute. I want to be hot instead of cute, but I don't know what to do. Here is a picture of myself:

What can I change and do to be referred to as "hot" instead of "cute"? Is it attitude that makes a girl hot?

get your hair cut and ad some volume it looks really flat voulme is s**y  i think you should also dye it

if u want 2 dye ur hair than go 4 a frosted blonde with a few low-lights.u could also curl ur hair around a 2 inch curling iron or leave it straight.lipgloss,eyeliner, and mascara may help but don't put on 2 much.just be urself ,and if guys don't like u 4 u, than they aren't worth it anyway.

eyeliner, lipgloss, get your hair brown or get lowlights. Change it around. Because your picture makes you look like a goody-girl and I am guessing thats why everyone just says your cute. But just do more mature things in your look, maybe different clothes, different hairstyle, makeup.

Your really pretty, it's normally better to be considered than cute than hot, cos when a boy thinks your hot they just wanna bang you haha. Erm highlights through hair, make your hair more interesting. More eye make up. And some different lipgloss? All this kinda stuff makes you more out there and boys will notice you in a different way. And revealing clothes help I guess. But I think your at your age it's natural to be considered cute :).

Dye it a lighter blonde, but not completely platinum, then it'll be trashy.

Also, wear a little more makeup, not full on cake makeup, but just an amount that your comfortable with.   Curl your eyelashes and use some of that queen latifa mascara.

To be HOT u should stand out  dye your hair and get a new hair style with layers and bangs

It's just because of your age.. When you get a couple years older and start dressing a bit more sophisticated you'll be hot. You just still have a kids face, which is perfectly normal if your around 16.. It starts to look more mature around 18-20 for most girls..

Just relax and be glad guys think your cute, in a couple years those same guys will think your hot..

Some heavier eyeliner though could help as well as either 'preppier' or more stand-out clothing.. You have to be smoking hot to look hot in a tee and regular jeans. The rest of us have to dress up a bit more to look hot..
