Help me become school captain PLEASE URGENT?

Question

i have to write a speech to the students about why i should become there school captain. I have put this on before but with no real definitive answer to my question. What should i talk about etc.

i think you mean president umm you should say if u vote for me i will give the most awesome dances and make the school lunches better!!!! AND FREE CELL PHONES FOR EVERYONE (its ok to lie just say they didnt have enough phones for ur order)

I am not sure what a School Captain does, but if it is someone that helps make decision about the students and the school.  Tell them you will be fair, by listening to both side of the debate and will make the decision that is best for everyone at hand.  Be honest with your speech, don't promise them things you know you will not be able to deliver.  Don't promise them longer lunches or shorter class or less homework.  These are things you can not control.  Good Luck.
