Help me blitz an interview???? PLEASE HELP!!!?

Question

I am having trouble getting a job due to my communication skills. As soon as the interviewer asks me a question I just go blank and never get the job. Here are some regular questions I am getting asked. Do you have any responces I could use. Thanks so much :)

1- Could you tell me about a situation where you excelled in customer service?

2- Could you tell me about a time where a customer was not happy, what did yu do?

If you keep getting those questions, but blank out during the interview, why don't you think of your answers beforehand, so you can answer them when asked?  (What makes you think that you can repeat someone else's answer back during the interview any better than you could give your own, honest, answer?)
