Help me catch my brother.?

Question

How can I tun on my web camera to see wha'ts going on at my house from my work computer? Like how can I get a live feed from my home laptop to my work laptop to keep an eye on my brother, since he's been having suspicious people over. Also my cam is pointed directly at the living room so it wouldn't be a problem but I wanna know if the computer would have to be on, and if I could do it without the camera looking like it's on since he sometimes just hangs out in the living room. If I would need a program I'd appreciate being told where I could get it, plz help me.

that seems pretty pricey actually, are you sure that this is worth it?

Get an account with one of those free webcam sites.  Start the web feed before leaving, and turn the monitor off.  Log into the site, and search for your webcam once you're at work.

Start up an account at http://www.stickam.com turn your cam on then browse your page at work.
