ok i have an nextel and I'm under a 2 year contract I WANT 2 GET AWAY FROM NEXTEL but id want 2 pay the 175 to get out of it any1 no how 2 get out of a to year contract without payin the money.

The only possible chance you have is to tell them you get no service. Otherwise, if that dont work, you will have to pay the fee. Remember, it was you that signed the contract.
