Help me choose a haircut.[pics included]?

Okay so I'm getting my haircut in 2 weeks and I have narrowed it down to these to hair styles which one would look good on me?

Here's what I look like:

i really like the first picture of the two.. maybe without the highlights tho. :)

They both kind of look the same to me...but i would go with the one on the left.

I like the second, but i like the idea of highlights, how about magenta or electric blue, but underneath? x
