Question:

Help me choose an adventure!?

I'm looking for an exciting way to spend some time and I'm looking for suggestions. Here's what I've got:

1. A little over two grand (and credit cards if I need a bit more for a really good adventure).

2. Several months free.

3. No rent, kids or other responsibilities

I am 28 years old and I'm not scared of hostels, campgrounds or rat trap hotels. I've thought about biking the west coast, taking a trip down the Amazon, amtraking across the U.S....

What else could I do?

  1. touring the west coast is real nice!

there's monterey, santa cruz, LA, Huntington Beach(hometown), San Fran, and up north about 200 miles below the border from oregon is really nice

theres a small town called trinidad that is in the like a forest area

the trinidad inn has a real rustic feeling and its just a nice place you can do many things such as kayak or fish

    or explore

  2. White water rafting. However I do like what the other person said also, Huntington is my hometown also and there is so much stuff to see and do. Why not do a trip of S. America? Brazil I hear is beautiful. Or if you have seen that movie eurotrip do something like that. Just hop on a plane and go
