Help me convince my mom to move to iowa

Whats a really good way to convince my mom to move up to Iowa? Reasons I wanna move is because my boyfriend lives there, and I can't stand living here in Texas anymore, but she doesn't seem to notice that I really hate it down here. She wanted to move like during the school year but like at that time I didn't want to move away and now I do.. PLEASE I wanna move like SUPER badly but there is no way to convince her myself. She used to live in Iowa, and so all her and my relatives live up there, help me and try to convince my mom to move up to Iowa???

Maybe she doesn't want to live near relatives

If you are still in Highschool...tell her you want to move back because you want to go to University of Iowa when you are done with highschool (best college ever) and if you an Iowa resident you will get instate tuition vs. paying the out of state (which is double).
