Help me decide: Samsung 32" vs Element 32"?

I cannot decide which LCD TV to get. I saw the Samsung 32" today and was blown away, but reading some of the specs made me think twice.

I read the specs on the Element 32" and thought, well that makes sense, but i havent actually seen it in person.

I'm buying a new tv tomorrow to take advantage of the memorial day sales, but i'm really torn, please help.

I need the tv to look good with basic cable, dvds and video games.

Here's what i'm looking at:

Element

Please help me! I would consider myself tech savvy but this is extremely expensive.

  1. The best choice for you would be the Samsung because  it will outlast the Element brand hands down.

Reliability is the most important factor when purchasing a new flat screen TV.

They are too expensive to get repaired.

Samsung make the 2nd best LCD TV on the market , and they get this reputation for a reason.

My suggestion to you is to buy the Samsung.

  2. When it comes to TV's, I dunno about you but i'm the kind of person who doesn't go and buy a new one very often. When u make investments like these, always go with the brand name...Toyotas/Hondas over Mitsubishi/Kia...and in this case,

    Samsung.

If money isn't a huge issue, go for Samsung. Hands-down the best. You will be satisfied in the long run. I own a 61' 1080p DLP samsung...couldn't be happier.

  3. LOL! Is this really a question? It's Samsung, hands down. Element is a cheap, disposable, third tier "junk" TV.

That being said, the two top dogs for both performance and reliability in 32" are Panasonic and Sony! A little less expensive, but still a very good set, is Toshiba followed, perhaps, by Sharp. Samsung is tops in advertising. :)
