Help me find a garage apartment in Houston, Tx?!

I have tried craigslist, but to no avail... Should I use those apartment finder services? I don't know about them... From what I know, it seems that most of these garage apartments are rented out by the family. Where would they list?

Drive around the area where you pln on moving to. You should look for local "FOR RENT" signs...
