Help me find a stylish bag for commuting to college!?

Hi there! I'm attending my Junior year of college in the city. This semester I will be commuting, rather than living on campus. Since I will be using both my car and public transportation, I really need a bag to hold all of my things: Laptop, books, notebooks, iPod, etc.

I am fashionable and appreciate classic looking pieces. Does anyone have any recommendations on a bag for me? Feel free to attach links to specific bags, or tell me things I should look for.

I'm hoping to find something stylish, roomy, durable, and comfortable to carry around. I prefer longer straps, but not messenger bags. Any material is ok by me, leather? Cloth? If you have any recommendations on the best material please mention them!

This is the bag I have. It's very roomy and has two pockets in it for your cell phone and Ipod so they're easy to reach. It's comfortable to carry and is made of a fleece like material.
