Help me find out how many stamps to put on this letter?

So i am mailing a letter to my friend who is at camp in the same state as i am. i put some razzles in the envelope. the envelope is 4 ounces. i just need like normal delivery.

what amount in stamps do i put on it??

  2. Take your letter to the post office. Give it to the clerk. Tell him/her "I want to mail this to my friend, regular delivery. How much postage does it require?"
