Help me find out where I can get death records in Kentucky for free online?

I need to verify a death but I can't find it online anywhere. Can anyone direct me to a site that gives a person's name, date of birth, and death date for people in Kentucky for free online. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try looking up the Social Security Death Index.  It's available on several websites.  I use Ancestry.com which requires a subscription but their are other sites that offer it for free.
