Help me find the perfect song to sing!!!?

Question

Okay, so i am looking for a song to sing for an audition. It can be a modern song.. anyway, my voice is naturally kinda high, but not really, it always seem to have a high tone to it, (not akward high), so yeah, my voice is much like Christina aguilera's, so if you can find a song that's not hers, or whitney's, or mariah's, or celine's that would be fantabulous! (even though that's not really a word) xoxo

Uhh, well some songs I like but have a too low voice for are Taylor Swift songs like "Teardrops on my gutar" and "Our Song" And... I also like "Beautifully Broken" by Ashlee Simpson. Not sure if that's what ypu were looking for but good luck with the audition!

So much depends on your style and whether you are going to do your audition acapella.  If you have a powerful voice with a little soul, check out "Don't Cry Out Loud," by Melissa Manchester.  How about Michael Bolton's "How am I supposed to live without you?"  Are you a soprano or contralto?  Is your style pop/rock, country, blues?  Good luck.
