Help me find the right camera for me?!?

I want a camera that has a 3.0 LCD screen, many different settings, has the effect where it can take out one color of the picture and make everything Else black and white (I don't know what it's called), and with a price under $220..........I was thinking about getting the Canon SD 750 which is my dream camera, but I just wanted to know what else is out there. HELP ME!

Please consider the SD1100IS.  It has a 2.5 screen but that isn't really small.  It does have a viewfinder which is very valuable in bright sunlight, because the LCD screen is worthless in sunlight.  And it also has Image Stabilization which will help to not get fuzzy pictures.

That colour feature is called "Color Accent". I don't think you'll find it on any cameras other than Canon's Powershot SD line. You can do it afterwards on programs such as Photoshop though.

The SD750 would be a great camera. I wouldn't hesitate to get it.
