I seen a advetisement on cnbc for a company to lets you trade for under $4 it was like markso.com or something like that, I cant remeber. Also what are some others good company you like to use?

I use Firstrade.  They're $6.95 per trade.  They might not be as cheap as some companies, but I'm still very happy with them.
