I am looking at the....

1.) Casio Exilim EX-Z80 Vivid Pink 8.1 MP Digital Camera w/ 3x Optical Zoom & YouTube Capture

AND the,,,

2.)Casio EX-Z75PK 7.2MP Digital Camera (Pink) 3x optical zoom

What i like about #1 is the youtube Capture but i have heard that the 2nd one is better which is best

The 2nd one is cheaper

Which one should i get and why?

I think you should go with Casio Exilim EX-Z80 Black because the 1st the other doesn't have everything:

Built-in Microphone:  No vs  Yes  

Audio Recording:    No vs Yes  

Integrated Speaker:   No vs Yes

As Elvis says, "this is a personal choice".

Only you know which camera will suit your needs the best.  What you hear is opinion.  You will have to compare the two, feature to feature and then see which has the features you want.

The Z75 is a year older design than the Z80, but has much the same features ... but has a higher ISO setting as well.
