Help me fix my TV!!?

Question

I have a Panasonic PT45LC12 45in TV and I was watching it the other day and it just turned off. I turn it back on and the green light just blinks and nothing else comes on. I believe it is the power supply with the ballast and I pulled the back of my tv off and nothing is labeled of course.. I need to know where and what the power supply looks like and even a ideal price to pay for it. Let me know if you believe it is something esle.. It is not the lamp I checked it and it is good.
