Help me for first day back to school!?

Question

I'll be a senior at a private school. Usually we have strict dress code but tomorrow is casual dress code so we can wear whatever, but I've been so busy I haven't even thought of my first day outfit (which is tomorrow, opps)

I'm 5'8 and blonde. I wear a lot of American Apparel and Urban Outfitters. Any ideas?

Uhh.. you'll probably have to wear something that's already in your closet.

If it's tomorrow, I'm assuming you have no time to go shopping. In which case, I would need to know exactly what's in your closet to help. Since that really isn't an option, I'll give you some vague ideas.

One thing you should be careful about is to not wear clothing that could be considered too revealing. Because the school is doing you a favor by allowing you to dress how you wish, you should try to please them by covering up a little bit.

I normally love layers, but it's so hot outside! If you do like the idea of layers though, you can layer tank tops over each other or wear a vest over something.

Because its the first day, people are bound to be more dressy. (At least I would think so) I would take this opportunity to wear a cute, yet not over the top, dress. If the dress seems to be a bit more dressy than you want, a cardigan over it really tones it down. (but once again, the HEAT!)

Other than those ideas, all I can say is to dress comfortably. The school day is long and you don't want to be more miserable than necessary. Not only in that sense of "comfortable"- you should also feel confident in the clothing. After all, confidence is the best accessory.(Wow, I'm cheesy)
