I just need to know how earth science ties into obesity..like the different types of minerals that either contribute or prevent obesity? i dont know how to look for it though..so some links would be nice and some type of thing that i can type into google to look? thank u guys so much!!

You could also check for sites about agronomy and/or crop science.
