Help me get my baby back?

The mother of the child has to go to court for the third time augest 7th.The father of the child took the child away from the mother at 7months old and would not let the mother see the child.and the mother of the child at the time and still is married to the father of the child.long story short she gets preg. gets avicted from her home and has no where to go so she moves back to ny to get back on her feet where all her familey lives and then the father gives the child to his parents right after she leaves at a year and a half old.witch durring this time the mother did not know where the child was too see her but deeply wanted too. she finds out so heads back to ga to claim her from the grandparents of the child and almost has her untill her husbend steps in and now the child is in foster care.there saying the mother abanded the child but the child was keept from her.the father of the child and the grandparents are lieing about all of it in court and the mother just wants her baby back.

the court is looking for familey of the mothers to place the child but all her family is in ny and the court wont because the fathers side of the family all live in ga.so does any one have a clue on what the mother sould say or do in order to get her baby back where she belongs? on augest 7th her daughter will be placed where ever for the next year and the mother needs help so if theres any one out there that can help please write back or e-mail her at [e-mail].

Try legal aid, she never should have left GA.

It is abandonment and it will be looked on as that by the courts, unless at the time the father took the child, she made out a police report.
