Try an anonymous website unblocker and online privacy tool like http://www.matrixproxy.net. With that site you can access all the websites your network admin and/or country don't want you to be looking at.

I won't go into too much detail, as it's probably against you're school's code of conduct.

go to start>Run> then type in the box "CMD" then ping (whatever site you want) for examole ping www.myspace.com  then press inter it should be unblocked
