Help me get over jealousy please!?

ok so i like this guy but i get jealous every time he talks to a girl and like they r friends on facebook but i get jealous and i don't want to be. please help me get over this jealousy i feel!

WHY?????????? don't you trust him or are you just insecure about yourself and that you think he will be with other girls...lol...i can't say anything to make he jealousy go away but just try to concentrate on other things.......and plus you should tell him as a joke like i don't like the way u talk to other girls and he will tell u.........
