Okay, so i really really want to start running to burn some thigh fat. But i don't want to be seen running around in my neighborhood and stuff.. i'd just feel really embarrassed doing that.So, i think i'm gonna start running around in my garage ;P i know its stupid.. But its better than NOTHING.In my garage there is about 16 ft. by 16 ft. of space where its available for me to run. how many laps should i run a day? Or for how long should i run?
