Okay, so i really really want to start running to burn some thigh fat. But i don't want to be seen running around in my neighborhood and stuff.. i'd just feel really embarrassed doing that.

So, i think i'm gonna start running around in my garage ;P i know its stupid.. But its better than NOTHING.

In my garage there is about 16 ft. by 16 ft. of space where its available for me to run. how many laps should i run a day? Or for how long should i run?

  1. dont worry about what other people think.  try a treadmill or a gym.


  2. all i can suggest is to go get a treadmill or go to the gym. orr you cuold ride ur bike around the block. that is not as bad! good luck!!!

  3. running doesnt burn fat, unless you are going ridiculously slow.

    go out and walk for an hour to lose weight, and cut your calorie intake

  4. try doing aerobic circuits in your garage for 2 weeks or so to get you in reasonable shape...this should also help build up your confidence. Then what you could do is go to the local trail and run there...maybe the local high school track during off peak hours...but your garage is too small to run around in...your knees would start to hurt from all the turning your doing lol :-)
