i just killed a bike rider by riding over him in my car and i don't know whether to turn him in or hide the body

Situation 1:   Your fault?   Hide the body.

Situation 2:    Rider's fault?  Turn him in, you might be able to sue the b*****d for the pain and suffering you're obviously experiencing.

ps.  Is the bike stuffed?  Could you sell it for a few bucks if it's situation 1?
