Help me i have trouble downloading this picture . ?

i tried uploading it in myspace but its not letting me , i upload it in photobucket and i cant see any picture , i even put in a photo editing software called photoline but all i see is a regtangle with red and white squares , ? it is a gif picture and it seems it has a transparency problem , what can i do in order to upload it and see it in photobucket or myspace ?

Here is the actual picture. There was a transparent overlay to keep you from copying it.
