I need to lose about 15 to 20 pounds. The issue is that i eat healthy and exercise, but the weight stays there all the time and it is impossible to get rid of! I need to lose fat EVERYWHERE! Mainly my thighs because they are too big for the rest of my body. So is there anyone who can give me some advice on a diet, an exercise plan, etc? It probably won't work, though. Nothing ever works. I am 13 years old and 145 pounds. And i already tried spark teens and the pilates videos and they did not work.
