Could be the "Pastiera Napoletana".

"torta rustica" (torta = cake) is not meaningful, it means only "rural", "simple" or even "rough" cake, it's not a name that indicates a precise cake as "Sacher" e.g.

From image I could only say that seems really similar to the pastiera napoletana.
