i desperately need to know who this is ... they keep on pranking me and telling me weird stuff....

please someone call it and just ask who it is .... thats all i need to know.... they won't answer when i ccall back...

i just called it and it is Mexican people i swear lol i know this becuz i am part and i spoke Spanish they think you r a friend!

They are definitely spanish/mexican and its a cell phone.

I would call the number yourself and ask them. If someone is pranking you it might be their children. Let them know you will report them if they continue to call. Try calling at a different time other then right after they call, someone els might answer.

If you really want to know without calling them try this site http://www.reversephonedirectory.com/ for about $5 you can find out the name of the person who owns the phone.

You should call your phone company & report the number & report the harrasment. It is illegal to make harrassing prank calls so they will trace the number & find out who's number the person is calling from. You may also be able to block that number from calling you.
