okay well when certain situations come up i start to get nervous && panic. how can i stop this? should i exercise or something. school is starting and im js stressing. also someone on my msn keeps instan t messaging me but idk who it is. hes also doing sexual harrasment, but he hasnt been doing it for while since i changed my screename. i js been stressed how can i stop this. so many problems!

  1. Don't take Ryan F's advice for a start! It will make matters worse - trust me!

    What really helps me when I get anxious is to meditate. That sounds like a heavy word, but it really doesn't have to be. Just find the right time and place to close your eyes, silence everything around you and breathe. That's it! Count your breathes and just focus on that. Every time a thought about something else enters your mind, think about counting your breaths, and slowly the anxiety thoughts will stop and you will even forget that you're counting your breath - it will just happen by itself.

    Delete that guy from your contacts too. Disconnect any association you have with him. If he's being sexual with you when he doesn't even know you then he's not thinking about you he's thinking about his own needs, you don't need him, you're young and have the rest of your life for all that to happen with REAL people, not with on-line strangers.

  2. so im not sure how old  are or what not but if u get these oanic attacks often then you should talk with ur doc about them. I get the because it is herititary, my mother gets them alot. they have classes how to deal with stress and what not  if that doesnt workl then you can get prescribed meds and what not,. try other options first, also as far as that psycho man, block delete or w e u need to do,,, dont continue talkng with hinm howerever!@

  3. Just take a deep breath and calm down. If someone is annoying you on msn then block them. exercise is a great idea, try going on a morning jog or something.
