Help me in yugiohwith morphing jar #2 effect?

ok when we have to put monsters back in our deck and we draw and summon them do higher lvl monsters count even when they go to there graveyard or it only counts for lvl 4 and under monsters

oh and when u dont hav enough monsters and u cant draw no more do u lose

read the card does it say u can special summon lv 5 or highers man what a noob

It counts all monsters revealed, even though they get sent to the graveyard.

And if you can't draw anymore, you lose.
