Help me loose weight.?

i am a female, 13 years old, 162cm tall and weigh 53kg my stomach is a bit jiggly and so are my thighs what exercises should i do because I'm not old enough to go to the gym, i am also trying to cut out all junk food.

  3. you are as old as me, you shouldn't be thinking about loosing weight because you are young and you still have to grow yet!!

  4. play sports,dance and learn martial arts...limit servings of junkfood,sugary drinks and fastfoods to just 1 or 2 servings per month...get a dog and take it for walks twice daily...
