I'm 17, female, 5 feet tall, and 148 lbs. I'm pretty muscular but I'm still overweight and I want to lose 40 lbs in 4 months. I've tried dieting so many times and 2 years ago I was 138 and got down to 128 but that's the most I've ever lost. This past year was the hardest year of my life, with many deaths in my family and other obstacles and now I've gained that back and more. I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions. Please don't just tell me, "well stop eating" because I'll die and that's not on my to-do list anytime soon. Thanks! =]
