I feel that im too big and i want to loes wweight atleast before mi grad at the end o the school year

  1. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.


  2. 1.stop drinking soft drinks (even diet coke)  and coffee and start drinking water and herdal tea.

    if you don't like water phase out the sofe drinks slowly. trying drinking at least 8 glasses a day. go for more if you like.  within a few weeks you will notice a big differance.

    2.do not eat white bread. it is total c**p. eat brown bread.

    3. eat more fruit, but no more the 4 a day. too much fruit is bad for you.

    4. eat as many veggies as you want.

    5. no more take outs. this includes Mc D's and KFC, ect.

    6. Walk everywhere. trying going for at least one short walk a day and every week trying making it longer and longer. (start with a 10 min walk to the shop, then the next week try to double it ect. ect)

    7. walk up stairs.

    8. no more french fries or chips. (thems are dangerous) or chocolate. again phase them out. like if you eat chips every day. try eating them every second day. until you only eat say a packet or 2 a week.

    9. give yourself one day. mine are Sundays. I laze around, watch tv and eat chips.

    small things can make a big differance. I lost a lot of weight when i replaced coke with water and stopped eating chips. good luck!

It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

    Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

    All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success.
