Help me lose my last few pounds!!!! please help me...?

i am 20, 167cm(almost 5'6").. i have been keeping a strict check on my diet over the past few months(i eat healthy stuff, no junk).. and have been very successful.. i have lost about 36 pounds.. i weigh 119 lbs.. i know it sounds fine.. but i still have a lot of fat n my thighs, back, tummy.. all the weight ive lost is only cause i have controlled my diet.. i dont have time for work outs because of my hectic schedule. all i can manage is to take out 30 mins in the morning.. n walk for about 3.5 km.. i dont have a high stamina.. would it make any differnce to me?? till now all the weight i have lost is only cause of eating healthy.. adding 30 mins of walk evryday would help me reach my goal or not???

  3. if you want to burn the fat off your gonna have to more cardio training period. muscle helps but its no substitute. try working the heavy bag for 10 or 15 minutes a couple days a work. its fun and burns a h**l of a lot of calories
