  1. to help:

    recycle(battery recylcing, cell phone recycling)

unplug all your things when you're not using them

    adopt a highway

lower your home thermostat by a degree or two

    compost

use drip irrigation to water your garden

    buy organic products

    carpool

    take shorter showers

use acryllic paints instead of oils.

    things that damage the environment:

    chewing gum

    fast food restaurants

having your water heater at unnecessary temperature

    sprinklers

    gas mowers

always cooking in your oven when you can use a toaster oven/microwave

I hope some of these help....

  2. Some of the things that would help the environment the most is to be informed by sites such as the union of concerned scientists which will show the things which hurt or do not hurt the environment and give you ways online to help first of all, like contacting your elected officials to demand that cars be forced to meet the high mpg standards detroit is capable of but not willing to manufacture for one reason or another

and many other things that politicians are not fighting for which are detrimental to the environment and it gives you knowledge when you get into arguments with those who claim global warming is not happening.

As far as the basic things to help the planet you are looking for, get a permanent bag for groceries and do not use either plastic or paper, stop buying bottled water or anything else for that matter that doesn't have a deposit and return policy., try to find others who work in the same general area and car pool, plan a week ahead of time those things that require you to drive and perhaps you can make one trip to shop and do whatever else has to be done instead of two or three, use bar soap instead of the pretty plastic containers of soap  to name nust a few things. You can find many more online including at the site I gave you.  Of course as far as damaging the environment, not doing these things adds to the damage.

  3. Stop cutting down trees help the environment.

    Don't throw your garbage anywhere.

  4. your have to be high.

  5. He's not high you just didn't understand his question, from the beginning he made it a two part question that's the meaning of / separating two words concluding to the same ending. Look at the list it gave you great examples. Some of the same I would have listed if I was not referring to your dumb answer.

  6. littering...dumping all kinds of stuff in drains...put trash in trash cans..use more bio-degradable objects

  7. bad would be dump c**p in a drinking hole, good would be , not drop a bunch of c**p in a drinking hole.

  8. 1.No smoking!

  9. Help: 1) Use inside plants, rubber plant, Christmas cactus.

    2) Plant drought resistant plants that use less water, check with your local nursery for which ones they are.

Damage: 1) Let agriculture spray you.. Write your legislator to stop aerial spraying of chemicals which raises global warming.

    2) Running water too long to get hot water, save for plants

  10. One of the best things I saw on TV the other night was this new insulation they are making now...instead of throwing away blue jeans --- they are making insulation from them!  Can you imagine all of the blue jeans people are throwing away?  They are now shreading the blue jeans and making insulation for houses of them.  They are completely safe.  No more fiberglass insulation that you have to worry about in case you have to climb up into your attic to fix something.  No more getting fiberglass down your shirt and it cutting you to pieces.  Blue jeans don't cut!  Shread blue jeans and spread them around in your attic to insulate your house!  How wonderful is that?  Layer the material in your attic to insulate your new houses.  Wash all of the old blue jeans, shread them, and layer the materials in all of the new homes.  Think of the savings.  Think of the safety.  Think of the years down the line how much room in the landfills we will save by not throwing away all of our old blue jeans?!?!  How great is that!?!  Blue Jeans Insulation!
