Help me make a playlist for a thank you cd.?

Question

My birthday is on friday and a friend gave me a really sweet, thoughtful gift. I want to thank him with a mix cd. I thought titles with thank you or just songs that feel good and celebrate friendship.

Any genre music- old and new songs.

I think that your CD would mean a lot more to him if you chose songs that you yourself have an emotional connection with, or that you have enjoyed listening together.

Sorry, but if you do this yourself I guarantee he will enjoy it more.

I could list you a bunch of songs with "thank you" or "friends" as the theme but they'll mean more if they're songs that have meanings to the two of you. Mix CDs are usually a vehicle to share favorite songs of yours with someone you hope will love them also.
