  2. Make healthy Baking powder at home - -

combine one teaspoon of baking soda (an alkaline) and two teaspoons of cream of tartar

(an acid) for each tablespoon of baking powder called for.

  3. some yum bikkies are

    130grams of oats

    100g or self raising flour

    100 grams of sugar

    75 grams of butter

    (optional)1 tablespoon of treacle

dash of milk to bind it

mix oats and flour in a bowl set aside

in a large saucepan melt the butter and the sugar together(and treacle if you wanted it) (if using treacle make sure you use a hot spoon when getting it out.  believe me you'll need it:) as i have found.)

    take off heat when melted

    add oat and flour mixture

    mix really well.

now it will seem like a crumble now, so put in a dash of milk and mix again, it might seem mushy, but just roll them into your cookie shaped and put in an oven at 180 for 15 minutes. they will turn out crispy and yummy.

but don't be scared into thinking you've wrecked them when they come out of the oven. just leave them to rest for 10-15 minutes

    yumm!

(you might have to make 2 batches)

    i really hope i helped :)

    good luck cookie making

(and as you wished no baking powder :P)
