Help me make my b***s big please?

im 18 n my boos its still small its smaller than 34A what can i do to make it atleast 34A i really want this pleas help me. and i dunt want to do surgery and take medicines or cream. thank you for your help and time.

I don't think so it would matters for having below 34A size at 18 since my ex is 32A when she is 20. Don't push yourself too much. You should let it naturally grows. but as this will become a self confidence problems so here's my suggestion

it may works for you, using exercises and consume a nutritious foods will do help to enlarge(grows) your breast. And there's a myth if you let your boyfriend play your b***s often then your b***s will get your b***s grows faster . Note that the psychologically emotion respond for that is your mind say to your body "I want to make it bigger to attract my bf" and then your body begins to produce more hormones which will results your b***s grows to the optimum size naturally.

How's that ? I think you should give a try . If you don't have boyfriend you may use your own hand and please have a fantasy as if as that is doing by a man.

Darling I have tried most things and nothing is helping me. I have A cup, and I have had 2 kid's.  I think u just have to live and accept what u have.

You can try some arm exercises. Push ups are good. Also, clasp your hands together and try squeezing your elbows together. Massaging them to get the blood flowing is also a good idea. Do that for 5 minutes 3 times a day. Pull ups can help too. Hope this helps(:

trust me. you have to be happy with what you have. im 14 too and im almost a 36 D and i hate it. it can really get in the way and i can't sleep on my stomach. and to be honest you're probably still growing. just have patience!!

u cant  really make them bigger without surgery but u make  them look bigger by using different types of bras
