Help me my bird does this thing!!?

My bird Elvis when he is sitting on my shoulder he does this weird thing where he looks like he's about to like barf, and he brings up his shoulders like 5 times and does this thing with his neck and makes a diffrent noise. Is this something I should be concerned about???
