Help me name that movie?

ok i remember a movie maybe done in the late 80s maybe 90s. its about a boy and a mouse not sure if the mouse could talk or not but this boy gave this mouse a little red car to drive. Then in the sequel i think the mouse went to camp with this boy and the mouse drove a motorcycle. I know its not stewart little, i know its not witches, i know its not mouse hunt. so pls help me :)

The books were The Mouse and The Motorcycle, Runaway Ralph, and Ralph S. Mouse. Didn't know there were 2 movies, but this may help.

Beverly Cleary wrote a series of children's books, one of which was "The Mouse and the Motorcycle", and I think they made it into a movie.
