Help me narrow down all of the honeymoon options!?

Our wedding is in Florida, the end of May next year. We are looking for places to go on our honeymoon with white sand, great weather, not too touristy, but has a nice combination of nightlife and quiet, romantic beaches... Somewhere clean, free of local bums, and ideal for a 7-day trip.

Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.  It's beautiful there.  Just book an all inclusive resort so that you do not have to worry about any of your concerns.
