  1. Check your schedule.  If you have time to comfortably take all of these classes, go for it.  Dance is one of the hardest sports out there because you use all of your muscle groups.  If you do not mind hard work, go for it.  It is very rewarding! The more styles of dance that you learn, the more creative and flexible dancer you will become.  If you must only take two, I recommend jazz and ballet.  The ballet will refine your posture and balance, which the jazz will help you to tone and pick up faster choreography.  Make sure to take good care of your muscles and stretch on the days you do not have class.  This will help you from becoming too sore.  All that dancing will build up lactic acid in your muscles, the best cure for soreness is more activity.  Pay special attention to what your instructors tell you about technique and practice at home.  This will help you to become the best dancer that you can be.  Start now with your posture, whenever you feel like you are hunching your shoulders, straighten them as though you were attached to the ceiling with a wire.

  2. It's okay if you aren't interested in taking any in particular for a professional career, in that case, you should take more of that class, but keep a few of the other ones to make sure you are well-rounded.

  3. it really does depend on r schedule like if u want to do school sports prbly not a good idea but i take all of those too and well i dont have a problem with it if u live in california check out claylees dance academy in whittier i hear its a great studio
