Help me on:Yeah Toast! ?

so! there is this video of two guys performing yeah toast: one is a h**l of s**y guy wearing hollister and his friend is kinda more big and he normally only pops up and the "yeah toast" part. if anyone knows what i'm talking about, tell me how to get there! please :)
